Easter in a Pandemic
What’s Easter all about? For many people, Easter in past years has involved going to church, gathering with family, eating good food, maybe Easter baskets and an egg hunt. Maybe the quarantine life is starting to relax for some, but we’re still a long way from life as it used to be.
Some of us may be lamenting the loss of what used to be normal. But this is a good opportunity to consider what Easter really is all about: the resurrection of Jesus. Hope in the promise of new life. New opportunities through the work of God in our life.
As you celebrate Easter this Sunday, take the opportunity to give thanks for the living Christ who lives in us!
Blessings,
Pastor Paul Cook
