Wise Council

I will not be shaken. Psalm 16:8

Unsolicited and unwanted advice is given to us by unwelcome voices. People feel the need to want to tell us how to live our lives. Christians live differently. Don’t be swayed by the world’s council. Keep your faith in God. God desires total trust from us. God is worthy of this trust. Resolve to settle your emotions, intruding thoughts, and work through doubts. Be grounded in God’s love for you that you have learned about from studying the Scriptures and by taking notice of how many times God has come through for you. Be resolute in leaning on and trusting in the God of the ages, our Prince of Peace, and our Redeemer. Claim today, “I will not be shaken.”
