Done with Love
The phrase, “the road to hell is paved with good intentions,” is usually about how good intentions fail when inaction is present. When we treat love as a verb our intention of loving God and neighbor is apparent and paves the way to the pearly gates. (Pardon the phrase!) Just like God’s basic nature is love, if we do good works; give and receive correction from a place of love it will lead to fruitful growth and healing. Intentions matter. Make sure that whatever decision you make, treat that you bake, or care you take for an elderly neighbor, you do it with love and cheer in your heart.
